The Community Development Support Collaborative (the "Collaborative") provides operating support, technical assistance, and training to the following community development corporations (CDCs), nonprofit housing developers and technical assistance providers working to preserve affordability in neighborhoods throughout the District of Columbia.
The Collaborative also provides operating support grants and technical assistance to the trade association of the nonprofit housing developers -- the Coalition for nonprofit Housing and Economic Development. This support assists the Coalition in their efforts to train their membership and to advocate for public policy on behalf of affordable housing preservation in the District of Columbia.
