The Community Development Support Collaborative (the "Collaborative") provides capacity building grants, technical assistance, and training for selected neighborhood-based community development corporations (CDCs), nonprofit housing developers and technical assistance providers engaged in the preservation and production of affordable housing in Washington DC.
